Paul Hastings Gayle
Paul joined Tour Partner Group in June 2018 on the back of significant success in his previous roles as Sales Director for FIT at JacTravel, and also leading global sales for Hostelworld.com. He has successfully led several global sales teams through acquisitions and mergers and has worked in B2B, wholesale, and B2C online environments. Paul studied at Sheffield Business School, after gaining a distinction in Business and Finance at Bolton University.
Group Business Transformation Director
Mark joined the company in November 2015 as Finance Director, and with effect from October 18 now serves as Group Business Transformation Director at Tour Partner Group focused on acquisition & system infrastructure integration. He serves as an Executive Board Director and provides Group wide oversight on driving the change agenda across Information Technology/Human Resources & Business Process improvement. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The ComplEAT Food Group for 10 years.
President of Authentic Vacations
Over the last 17 years, Allegra has successfully combined her skills in website design and programming with her experience in digital marketing and product development to launch a number of successful travel websites and mobile applications. In her current role as President of Authentic Vacations, she continues to use the latest technologies paired with unique local products to provide authentic travel experiences to travellers worldwide.
Group Chief Financial Officer
Guy joined Tour Partner Group as Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. Since qualifying with Deloitte he has spent the majority of his career in lead finance positions in various travel businesses where he has supported growth and M&A agendas.
Group Marketing Director
Vera is native German and educated to MBA (UK) level. Vera has accumulated substantial experience in the travel industry, including 8 years in Singapore where in her former role she held the position of Director of Sales, Asia Pacific and Europe for Aqua Expeditions.
Vera speaks four languages (German, English, Italian and French) and returned to the UK as Commercial Director for Hotels & More, looking after the Sales and Marketing departments. With the development of Tour Partner Group (TPG) at the end of 2017, she took on the role of Group Marketing Director and is currently responsible for all of the TPG brands marketing activities.
Christophe de Patoul
Director of Irish Welcome Tours
A Belgium native with a Degree in Law, Christophe has been living in Ireland for 20 years. He has a strong background in the Travel & Tourism Industry, specialising in Incentives and Conferences. He ran his own company for several years before serving as a Director in a leading Irish Incentive House. As a Managing Director of Irish Welcome Tours he is responsible for growing their incoming and outgoing travel business.
Simon first joined Hotels & More in 1996. Having held several senior positions over the past 22 years, he now looks after group operations for both Hotels & More and Irish Welcome Tours, as well as the Yield department for both companies. Previously Simon worked for Choice Hotels Europe as Travel Trade Sales Manager and in various hotels in Central London.
Group Chief Executive Officer of Tour Partner Group
Paul is Group CEO of Tour Partner Group, joining in September 2017. Prior to TPG, Paul was with STA Travel, the world’s largest student and youth travel agency, where for the last four years he was Chief Commercial Officer for the Group, with responsibilities including global partnerships, product development and subsidiaries. Prior to STA Travel he worked for several companies, including eight years at Delta Air Lines.
Director Product and FIT
Chris is the Director of Product and FIT across the Tour Partner Group, joining in May 2018. Prior to TPG, Chris was General Manager of Rabbie’s Small Group Tours in London, Vice President - Americas of Back-Roads Touring Co in New York and previous to that he spent 11 years with the Flight Centre Travel Group in various leadership roles across the USA, UK and Australia.
Managing Director of Trans Nordic Tours
Having worked in Tourism for 30 years, Christian is now leading Trans Nordic Tours as Managing Director. Fresh from working at one of the largest outbound tour operators on the Swedish market, Christians past credits include 15 years at Thomas Cook in various managerial positions. His main objectives at Trans Nordic Tours are to develop new business and create new partnerships to continue the company's growth.
