Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Maintain constant communication with suppliers.
  • Review contracts (rates, terms and conditions, etc.).
  • Create reports to management and key operations about supplier’s usage, trends, pricing overview, etc.
  • Load and check prices into our booking system.
  • Other tasks and projects that will contribute to the development of the company.

Your profile

What skills do I need?

  • Minimum experience of 2 years as Operations Manager in an inbound travel company with focus on Scandinavia, Iceland and/or Finland.
  • Experience in developing and contracting products such as activities, restaurants, visitor attractions and transport in the mentioned regions.
  • Excellent computer literacy – especially proficiency in Excel is expected.
  • A high degree of numeracy, literacy and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
