Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Handling of all individual reservations, amendments and cancellations for both trade and public bookings
  • Managing customer needs from start to finish, handling customer inquiries by phone and email, invoicing clients, managing pre-post sale customer care
  • Responsible for quoting, costing and booking services for FITs through Tourplan in line with budget and programme. Quote must be in form & style agreed using Tourplan for costing and Word for quotes & itineraries. Tourplan is our internal reservation programme
  • Objective is to maximise margin on all quotations and bookings
  • Assisting with allocations and close-outs in Tourplan
  • Assisting with the management of Operational Daily Reports. i.e freesale and arrival reports
  • Assisting with sourcing additional stock from suppliers when required
  • Organising and participating in FAM trips for both staff and agents
  • Assisting with other tasks in the FIT department and supporting team members

Your profile

What skills do I need?

  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office experience.
  • Friendly personality, a pleasure to deal with
  • Adaptable, quick learner & good communicator
  • Team spirit, professional, focused & result orientated, initiative and financially aware
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency are essential
  • Good time-management and organisational skills
  • TPNX experience is preferable
