Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Creditor database: set up and update the supplier’s data as per user’s requests
  • Product database: create new and update existing services to ensure smooth reservations and enable building customised reports
  • Data input: Enter and maintain general information in Tourplan for internal and external use
  • Rate input: insert land services rates to ensure accurate clients quotations and supplier invoices
  • Help Desk: provide solutions to colleagues when the need arises
  • Help to maintain the products promoted on our online booking tool
