Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Handling supplier invoices from all over the Nordics
  • Payment of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of suppliers
  • Posting of travel expenses and credit card settlements
  • Posting of incoming payments
  • Reminders for customers
  • Bank reconciliation
  • You will also be a part of month- and year end reconciliations.

What skills do I need?

  • You take responsibility for your own tasks and deadlines.
  • You are a team player.
  • You put high price on delivering high quality work.
  • You have a natural flair for finance systems and how they work.
  • Knowledge of project accounting is an advantage but not a requirement as long as you are willing to learn.
  • Our work language is English, so good speaking and writing level is a must.
