Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Assisting the Operations & Client Relations Executives: booking additional services, handling amendments, confirmations, rooming lists
  • Creating reports to provide staff with additional information on their groups (e.g. response time)
  • Contacting suppliers to ask for confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Extensive research of suppliers for prospective and existing bookings
  • Preparation of detailed travel documents for clients
  • Co-ordinating fax shots to our clients to ask for sold numbers
  • Working with our in-house reservation system Tourplan and MS office
  • Carrying out administrative tasks (e-filing, handling phone calls)
  • To flexibly support team members of the same region (and other regions where business requirements demand) to fulfil their role as and when needed

Your profile

What skills do I need?

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency are essential,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Being IT literate & experience of Tourplan,
  • Knowledge of our destinations Great Britain and Ireland is an advantage
  • Fast learner, detail-orientated, good time-management and organisational skills, self-starter with a professional and positive approach, reliable, flexible and enthusiastic
