Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Product database: create new and update existing options to ensure smooth reservations
  • Data input: Enter and maintain general information in Tourplan for internal and external use
  • Rate input: insert land services rates to ensure accurate clients quotations and supplier invoices

Your profile

What skills do I need?

  • Attention to details and accuracy (consistency) are essential
  • English speaking and writing
  • Good time-management (prioritising) and organised
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Proactive and able to take initiatives
  • Self-motivated with professional and positive approach
  • Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic
  • Knowledge of Tourplan
  • Provide suggestions for improvement on using Tourplan to its full potential
