Arrive in Dublin, Ireland’s cosmopolitan capital city. Dublin has a wealth of treasures for the visitor with cultural delights like St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin Castle to name but a few! Visit Trinity Collage - the oldest University in Ireland.

Travel North towards Belfast and make sure to explore County Down on the way. There are quite a few locations where Game of Throne was filmed and we completely understand why: County Down and the Mourne Mountains are just stunning! Make sure to visit the following locations: Tollymore Forest Park and Inch Abbey. Step into a fantasy world of castles and dragons at Castle Ward. The historic farmyard is the location for Winterfell.
Day 3
Experience the world of Game of Thrones. Step behind the scenes of the Seven Kingdom and explore how one of the world’s greatest TV series was created. In the afternoon visit the capital of Northern Ireland, there is so much to see in Belfast - you will definitely not get bored. Pay a visit to the Titanic Museum or take a Black Taxi Tour of Belfast.

Make your way to the Antrim Coast. On the way you should not only enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Glens of Antrim but also the following film locations: Shane’s Castle, near Randalstown, Shillanavogy Valley, Glens of Antrim and Cairncastle. Take a break at Cushendun Caves: The Red Priestess gave birth to the Shadow Baby in these caves or Murlough Bay, one of the most beautiful bays onthe Antrim Coast. Theon Greyjoy and Yara were riding here on their way to Pyke. Ballycastle: a lovely little village. Parts of it were used as backdrop for the Free Cities where Varys was born. Visit the Dark Hedges near Armey.
In the afternoon explore Giant’s Causeway, an area of 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic fissure eruption.
Day 5
An early morning start to visit Dunluce Castle. The imposing ruins where used as template for the exterior of the House Greyjoy of Pyke. Mussenden Temple & Downhill Strand should be your next stop. Remember the scene in Game of Thrones when the 7 idols of Westeros were burned? This was filmed on Downhill Strand and looking up from the beach, the Mussenden Temple can be seen, too.

Explore the historic city of Derry, the second largest city in Northern Ireland. It is known as being a centre for culture and creativity and there are countless festivals held in this vibrant city throughout the year, so you may lucky enough to catch one on your visit! Leaving town take a moment to visit Grianan of Aileach. The centuries old fort gives you stunning views over Inishowen Peninsula. Spend the evening at Donegal Bay.

Day 7
Today your journey takes you back to Co. Dublin. On the way plan a stop at Marble Arch Caves near Enniskillen, a series of natural limestone caves. Pollnagollum Cave in Belmore Forest is part of the Marble Arch Global Geopark. The cave is featured in season as Beric Dondarrions hideout.
