Services not included
- Expenses and items not specifically noted on this proposal are not included in the price. These include, but are not limited to, passport charges, airport and port taxes, personal and baggage insurance, excess baggage, porterage, items outside any set meals, such as drinks, mineral water etc., flights, tips in general including to driver, guides and tour managers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum Rooms: 10 rooms
- Minimum number of guests: 20 paying pax
- Cancellation: Free cancellation of whole group up to 35 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations after may incur cancellation fees
- Free of charge: 1 FOC in a single room with 20 paying pax
- Payment: 30 days prior to travel
- Please note that our offer is partly based on hotel examples. The examples stated in the offer are only given as an indication about the category to be booked and the location in which we guarantee the placement of the group. You will receive the fixed hotel names approximately two weeks prior to arrival.
- Fuel surcharges for ferries: Prices are based on their current rates. Possible additional fuel surcharges have not yet been taken into account. Therefore, the prices indicated are subject to change if the shipping companies adjust their rates.
Important:
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking by the technical department.
- The schedules, opening days or content of visits may be modified without notice from the sites and Tour Partner Group cannot be held responsible. However, if a visit turns out to be unavailable for your group, we undertake, as far as possible, to offer a replacement visit.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee the opening times and availability of entries that have not been pre-booked by us.
Please note that this quotation/offer is for First come First basis only. After which hotels, hotel availability, rates and conditions need to be reconfirmed in writing prior to this quote/offer being confirmed. The quotation/offer is based on the VAT rates at the time of the preparation of the offer. Should there be any subsequent changes in taxation (VAT) rates after the time of issue/confirmation of the quotation/offer, and those changes are enforceable through legislative statute, the changes would be deemed beyond our control, and as a result the actual price may change to reflect the revised taxation (VAT) rates at the time of invoicing. Our prices are based on current costs and are subject to changes on the part of our local service providers local service providers, e.g. ferry and bus companies, as well as hotels. Should we experience price surcharges, we reserve the right to pass them on up until the cancellation deadline.
