  2. Supply Chain Due Diligence: We conduct due diligence, in form of surveys, on our supply chains to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery. This involves evaluating our suppliers’ policies, practices, and compliance with applicable standards.
  3. Supplier Engagement: Tour Partner Group engages with our suppliers to raise awareness of modern slavery risks and promote responsible labour practices. We collaborate with suppliers to address any identified risks and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Employee Awareness and Training: We provide training to our employees to enhance awareness of modern slavery risks and empower them to recognise and report any concerns. We maintain accessible channels for employees to report suspected instances of modern slavery without fear of reprisal.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Tour Partner Group is committed to regularly reviewing and improving our policies, procedures, and practices to prevent modern slavery. We continuously assess the effectiveness of our efforts and take appropriate action to address any identified gaps or deficiencies.
  6. Transparency and Reporting: We uphold transparency by publishing a bi-annual modern slavery statement. This statement underscores our commitment to accountability and drives ongoing improvement.
