Due to the coronavirus outbreak we are currently dealing with unprecedented challenges. My senior team and I at Tour Partner Group have already taken measures to reduce the impact the current situation has on our business and are looking at ways to deal with the challenges we and everyone in the travel industry currently face. 

During this difficult time, we want to reassure you that we are here to support you and help rearrange your customers’ travel plans.

Flexibility for existing bookings:

For travel arrangements due to take place in the coming months – we’ll endeavor to work with our suppliers to minimize any fees where possible and will assist you in moving any upcoming travel dates to a future date in late 2020 or 2021. 

Future Bookings:

Like everyone in the industry we are keeping a close watch on government recommendations as the situation is changing daily. We are expecting a growth in demand for bookings in 2021 so do get in touch for help planning great trips for your customers to look forward to.

Our industry is made of strong, passionate, inspiring people. Those of us who have been in this industry for some time have seen events like this come and go and whilst at the time they may seem overwhelming, it is important to keep things in perspective and ensure we are in the best position to come back even stronger when this crisis is over.
