As we come to the end of the year, I am filled with pride and optimism—not only for our remarkable recovery since 2023 but also for the sustained momentum expected in 2025, driven by a robust and promising pipeline.
This year, our teams across the Company have once again exceeded expectations. The Nordics stood out, delivering quite outstanding results that surpassed our targets. The United Kingdom and Ireland team too also saw impressive year over year growth whilst Authentic Vacations, our America-based brand, underwent a significant restructuring with a renewed focus on B2B and integrating with our FIT business to drive future growth.
Our MICE division, Horizons by Tour Partner Group, continued its exceptional work, expanding opportunities in England and the Nordics to complement Ireland and Scotland, both of which delivered an impressive array of events.
At Tour Partner Group, we pride ourselves on placing people at the heart of everything we do. This year, we were delighted by the positive feedback from clients and suppliers, with strong retention levels ensuring a healthy start to 2025. A highlight of the year was hosting our first Partnership Summit, which facilitated cross-office collaboration whilst our Value Champion programme recognised team members who exemplify our core values of Respect, Inspiration, Passion, and Partnership, further strengthening our culture of collaboration and excellence.
We continue to work hard on developing our ESG credentials and as a responsible company we strive to make positive contributions to the destinations we operate in and the communities we serve.
To enhance productivity and maintain our competitive edge, we have embraced emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to support our teams and streamline operations.
As we reflect on this year’s achievements, we approach 2025 with positivity, determination, and a shared belief in the transformative power of travel. We continue to be thankful for the trust, loyalty and partnership of our clients and suppliers whose continued support inspires us to push boundaries and deliver exceptional experiences.
