
Day 1


Ferry crossing from Calais/Dunkirk to Dover. Depending on the arrival time, possibility to visit Walmer Castle and Gardens which was regularly visited by the Queen Mother or flight arrival.
4x overnights including half-board in area Kent.

Day 2


Excursion to Canterbury – a place steeped in tradition with its world-famous cathedral but it is also a modern and vibrant city. Continue to Leeds Castle, which is one of the most romantic castles in England and enjoy a walk through the 500 acres of beautiful parkland, formal gardens and a maze. In the afternoon visit Hush Heath winery where wine and cider have been produced since 2010. Of course, a wine tasting is included in the visit.

Day 3


The first colourful adventure of the day will be a visit to the famous themed gardens of Sissinghurst. Continue to the romantic double-moated Hever Castle and experience 700 years of history. The castle was once the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, the second wife of Henry VIII. Afterwards take a stroll through the lovely castle gardens, especially the Italian garden.

In the morning visit the picturesque village of Rye which will impress you with its small alleys, cobbled streets and traditional timbered houses. Continue to the floral paradise of Great Dixter, the former family home of the famous gardener and gardening writer C. Lloyd. Continue to Biddenden Vineyards, the oldest commercial vineyard in Kent. Get insights into the production of high-quality wine, cider and juice. Afterwards enjoy a traditional English cream tea.
