As we come to the end of the year, I’m thrilled to share with you the remarkable recovery we have experienced across our Company. We have not only managed to return to the record revenue levels of 2019 but have surpassed them. This achievement underscores the remarkable resilience we’ve exhibited across our destinations and business lines. The Nordics in particular has performed extremely strongly, exceeding expectations, and I’m delighted to welcome Thais Machado to the team as our new Managing Director in Copenhagen, building on the successes achieved by Christian Nissen who is supporting us in a Group role. Equally we have seen great progress in our UK and Ireland Groups and FIT business, despite a challenging operating environment and in May our MICE division, led by Christophe de Patoul, rebranded as HORIZONS by Tour Partner Group to offer our customers a Meetings & Incentive offering across the Nordics, the UK and Ireland. Having welcomed over 3000 Groups and more than 110000 individuals to our destinations over the last 12 months, we continue to focus on working with our partners globally to deliver a first-rate experience for your customers.

I would also like to thank my dedicated team, who consistently go the extra mile. Their commitment, adaptability, and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service has been the cornerstone of our success. We have been joined by over 100 new employees in the last 12 months and I am delighted that we were able to welcome back some familiar faces too. We continue to work hard on developing our ESG credentials and as a responsible company we strive to make positive contributions to the destinations we operate in and the communities we serve.

Thank you too to our clients and suppliers whose trust, loyalty and partnership has been the driving force behind much of what we do. As we reflect on the year gone by, we step into the New year with optimism, determination and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of travel. We will continue to innovate to create unforgettable experiences and will do it with passion and the utmost respect.
