London, 31 March 2025 – Tour Partner Group (“The Group”) today announces the signing of an agreement to acquire JacTravel from Web Travel Group, to create one of Europe’s leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs). The transaction is expected to close at the end of April.
JacTravel has been serving clients for 50 years and is known for its expertise in Group tours and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) services. By specialising in inbound travel to the UK and Ireland, and a diverse range of source markets including the U.S.A, JacTravel is an ideal addition to the growing Tour Partner Group.
Tour Partner Group has built its market-leading position through acquiring and integrating companies that offer the benefits of scale and new services for its customers. The Group was created through the combination of Hotels & More (UK); Irish Welcome Tours (Ireland); Authentic Vacations (United States); Trans Nordic Tours (Denmark); and Experience Scotland (Scotland).
By leveraging JacTravel’s expertise in Group tours and FIT, Tour Partner Group will further expand its range of products and services across multiple travel categories. This is supported by industry-leading technology and a commitment to client service, delivered by a team with deep destination expertise. Tour Partner Group continues to scale, growing in its existing destinations while also entering a broader range of source markets.

- JacTravel will continue to operate under its existing brand throughout 2025, ensuring continuity for clients and suppliers.

- There will be no immediate changes to client terms, bookings, supplier agreements, or operational processes.
