Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

Managing customer needs from start to finish, including handling and qualifying customer enquiries by phone and email.
Responsible for creating tours and detailed itineraries for the prospective client with the aim of making the sale by observing clients requirements and needs.
Preparing costings for clients through Tourplan, with the aim of maximising margins and revenue.
Producing quotations within an agreed time frame and in an agreed presentation style.
Ensuring timely invoices are being raised in Tourplan and send to clients.
Managing post-sale customer care.
Actively communicating and raising challenges from clients and markets.
Liaising with the Contracting Team to ensure product range evolves with customer requirements.
Offering exceptional service and developing strong relationships with our customers from around the world, understanding their requirements and matching their expectations.
Responsible for accurate and full handover to the Operations Team ensuring service lines in Tourplan are correct with all required info once booking has been received.
Guiding and assisting staff members when required, including research of new or additional suppliers, checking vouchers and travel docs before sending, supporting booking of services.
Taking part in FIT Emergency rota.
To flexibly support team members of the same region (and other regions where business requirements demand) to fulfil their role as and when needed, for business reasons such as productivity, expertise absence, illness etc.).
