Your responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Develop and execute an effective market strategy to expand the company’s presence in the Brazilian market, focusing on increasing inbound group travel to the Nordics and, secondarily, to the UK & Ireland.
  • Identify, win, and onboard new clients through proactive engagement, market research, and targeted sales initiatives.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring revenue targets are met on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Create and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals tailored to market segments, customer types, and regional demands.
  • Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, ensuring continued business growth and strategic alignment.
  • Understand competitive dynamics and trends in the Brazilian outbound market to the Nordics and UK & Ireland, using insights to shape sales strategies and improve positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Contracting, and Operations, to ensure successful tour planning and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company and build relationships within the sector
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and client activity.

Your profile

What skills do I need?

  • A persuasive and effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-organized, and results-driven, with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of key factors impacting sales success.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in Business Development within the tourism industry, particularly in selling to the Brazilian market.
  • Strong knowledge of Nordic destinations is essential, with experience in UK & Ireland as an advantage.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required, with Spanish as an added bonus. English reading and writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.
