Orkney Islands
Today will be spent in the fascinating Orkney Islands, home of stunning beaches, wonderful wildlife and heritage sites. Take the Ferry crossing from John O’Groats to the Orkneys in the morning. Continue on the breathtaking North Coast 500 route where sandy beaches and rugged mountains create an interesting contrast. There will be a stopover in Durness, the most north westerly village of the Scottish mainland to visit Smoo Cave. Continue through untouched nature and pass the beautiful Loch Assynt as well as the ruins of Ardvreck Castle. In the evening travel to Ullapool. Overnight stay including half-board in the Ullapool area.

Eilean Donan Castle & Isle Of Skye
Start the day with a stunning panoramic drive through the Northwest Highlands along the beautiful Loch Maree and Loch Carron. Stop for a photo at the picturesque Eilean Donan Castle before continuing over the Skye Bridge to the breathtaking Isle of Skye, the largest island of the Inner Hebrides.
